BW Interests LLC Texting Terms of Service

1. BW Interests LLC sends payment receipts and other communications to users as texts to users who have opted in.

2. End users can text "Start" to a Short Code or phone number provided to you verbally during registration to begin receiving messages from BW Interests LLC. Or alternatively, users may opt in verbally or using our IVR. Finally users may opt in by signing a consent form.   You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number that you originally texted to sign up to receive text messages from us or simply reply "STOP" to any message that you receive from us.  After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at frequencies that vary depending on market conditions.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
